Aurora's Wings Star Dancer
Good Morning everyone Hope your are all feeling good.
well January has gone with a flash.
well January has gone with a flash.
Thought I would have a bit of a change this week
and trying to be a bit more adventuras with
some techniques.
The only thing is it's all covered over just a little bit popping out at the side.
I was trying something new with distressed inks and structure gel
I coloured my paper with inks and then applied structure gel mixed with gesso over a butterfly stencil
It looked really good when dried the inks came through the gel and sort of infused.
But my image has covered over the effect never mind I be trying some more.
I really enjoyed colouring this pretty image by Aurora Wings Digital stamp and putting it together.
I coloured her with distressed inks onto watercolour card
The butterflies are joy craft and flowers are WOC
the seam binding ribbon is from my craft shop
or my eBay shop you can click on the sign on the sidebar and it will take you their.
I have some new hand dyed colours on eBay at the moment.
These ribbons are so versiotile they twist and turn where ever you want them to go.
Thank you for takeing time to look
Everyone have a good day wherever you are.
Jules ❤️

I'm speechless and just sat looking at your gorgeous card in utter awe. I love the colours and your use of the distress inks to colour the image in is perfect. I have just purchased some Aurora wings digis but I h]just know they will not look anyway as good as yours. Those butterflies are fabulous. Thsnkyou for fluttering by and using O for over the edge as your theme element. Hugs Mrs A.
